The Discipleship Action Team is a committee that monthly handles pairing up mentors with the most recent baptism classes.
The New Believers choose at least three people they would want to be their mentor. Then the committee contacts the potential mentors until each New Believer is paired up. The program is for at least one year and is wrapped up by a special event or picnic (in which the committee plans). The mentors are encouraged to have times of Bible study along with activities that encourage fellowship and fun.
The Discipleship Action team is responsible for all and any matters that would involve anyone (of any age) who desires mentorship.
